BIOGRAPHY
Guilherme de Pina Cabral (born in 1997) is a Junior Associate at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados since August 2023, where he started as a Trainee Lawyer in September 2021.
Guilherme graduated in Law by the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and has a master’s degree in Litigation and Arbitration in Nova School of Law.
He participated in the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, on behalf of Nova School of Law, and the team was awarded the APA Award for the best Portuguese team in the competition.
Guilherme is Co-Founder and President of the Portuguese Arbitration Moot Association, a non-profit organization that aims to promote Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.
Certified Conflict Mediator and registered in the mediators list of the Ministry of justice in the terms and conditions of subparagraph e) of the no. 1 of Article 9.º of Law no. 29º/2013, of 19th April
