BIOGRAPHY
Natacha Moreira (born 1993), Associate Lawyer at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados R.L since 2021, has a degree in Law from University Portucalense Infante D. Henrique (2016) and a postgraduate degree in Judicial Law (Procedural Rights and Judicial Organization), from University of Minho (2017). She is currently completing her master's degree in Judicial Law (Procedural Rights and Judicial Organization).
Between 2016 and 2020 she joined the team at Jorge Carneiro & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., where she completed her professional internship at the Bar Association and then joined the team as an Associate Lawyer in 2018. Since then, she has been involved in a number of cases related to the resolution and liquidation of credit institutions, with a view to credit recovery.
She joined Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, RL, as an Associate Lawyer in 2021.
Her main practice areas are Litigation, Insolvency and Credit Recovery and Registrations and Notarial Acts.
She currently works in the Disinvestment Department of Banco Santander Totta, S.A, providing services in the Real Estate Regularization Department.
