BIOGRAPHY
Sofia Rothes Barbosa (born in 1972), completed her degree in Legal-Private Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, in Porto, in 1998.
Sofia has been a member of the Bar Association since 2000.
Sofia did his internship at “Abílio Aranha e Associados”.
After completing her internship, she remained in that firm as a lawyer, until 2004, in the exercise of a practice eminently dedicated to litigation, in the area of insurance.
In 2003, it began external collaboration with “Anselmo Vaz, Afra e Associados”, a collaboration that lasted until 2014.
In 2004, joined the team of “Lencastre Advogados”, having been practicing law in various areas of law.
In 2009, it developed a specific area of competence, with insurance companies, with the aim of combating fraud against the insurance industry.
His preferred area of practice is Insurance Law.
