BIOGRAPHY
Raquel Beleza (born in 1974) is an Of Counsel at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados R.L. Graduate of the Oporto Lusíada University Law School (2002). Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2005.
After completing the internship, became a solo practitioner, joining Dr. Artur Beleza's office, her father, which had previously belonged to her grandfather, Dr. António Pereira de Oliveira. In 2009, joined the now extinct FRMBCS - Sociedade de Advogados RL as a founding partner and in 2014 joined CMB- Sociedade de Advogados, R.L. as a founding partner.
Preferential areas of practice are family law, minors' rights, succession law and litigation and arbitration.
Has vast experience in advising private clients in the field of succession and family law and in planning and organising the generational transfer of assets.
Has been a guest speaker in open classes at the Oporto Lusíada University and at the Maia University and has also been invited to mock courtroom, in an academic context.
