Carolina Ribeiro Santos, born in 1992, Associate Lawyer at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados since 2021.

Law Degree from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra (2015), in the context of which attended a semester at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2013).

Following graduation, completed an internship at the General Consulate of Portugal in Paris under the Internship Program of the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2015).

Post-graduation in Intellectual Property Law by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (2017) and in Fashion Law by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Escola do Porto) (2018) and Master in Law and Management by Nova School of Business and Economics and Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2018).

Attended several courses on law and technology, namely, Technology and Contracts: Challenges of the Digital Era at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2020) and Software: Legal Regime and Contracts at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Escola do Porto) (2020). Certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in Europe (CIPP/E) (2020).

Joined Coelho Ribeiro e Associados, SCARL as a Trainee Lawyer (2016), where she was promoted to Associate (2017) upon registration at the Portuguese Bar Association, a position she held until 2021.

In April 2021, attended “Blockchain and SmartContracts” by Instituto Superior Técnico and Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. Attendance of the Postgraduate Course in Digital Services at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2022.

Attended the Intensive Specialization Course on Investment Funds, organized by the Private Law Research Centre, University of Lisbon Law School (2023).
