Fatima Paredes, born in 1966, in Guimarães, Senior Associate at Antas da Cunha ECIJA & Associados SP RL since 2024.

Graduated from the Faculdade de Direito of Coimbra University, she has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since February 1995.

He began his career at the Municipality of Guimarães as a Jurist (1990-1992), providing legal support in administrative offences, having later completed the Lawyer Internship. After finishing her internship, she established herself as a lawyer in isolated practice, joining a firm with three other colleagues.

In 2004 she joined A. Sousa Pinto, Casimiro Jose Ribeiro - Sociedade de Advogados SP, RL, as a senior lawyer, where she practiced until February 2022.

With more than 20 years of experience in the area of road accidents and civil liability, representing an insurance company and injured parties, and also in banking litigation, debt collection and recovery, insolvency proceedings and enforcement proceedings, providing services in this area throughout the northern region of the country, to Millenium/BCP, Banco Santander and Bankinter banks (and, previously, it also provided the banks Pinto and Sotto Mayor, Totta & Açores, Crédito Predial Portuguese and Barclays Portugal).

In March 2022, she joined Rui Mesquita e Associados- Sociedade de Advogados SP, R.L., as associate.
