Ana has participated in several Conferences / Workshops organized by the Master in Law and Information Technology of University of Minho, among others she has participated in International Days on Intelligent Cities, Web Crimes with the participation of Andrew Sampson – File Sharing According to the Law (The Strike Case), Dark web: The Crime under the veil of anonymity, Software Agents, Cybercrime: the National Context in Global Scenario, Copyright Law and its context, and International Workshop on Electronic Identification and Data Protection – the European Regulations.
She started her career at PRIMAVERA BUSINESS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS as Data Protection/Privacy Legal Advisor (2015-2017), during which she developed her Master’s Dissertation on “Legal Analysis of the Sensitive Information Management In Cloud Services”.
In 2017, she collaborated with ECIJA Law & Technology, Madrid as Legal Consultant in the area of data protection and privacy.
Her preferred practice areas are Privacy and Personal Data Protection; E-Commerce, Cybersecurity, Information Technology and Cloud Computing.
