Diana Camões (born on the 19th May 2000), trainee lawyer at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, since September 2023).
Graduated in Law by Porto Faculty of Law - Catholic University of Portugal (2022), Master’s Degree in International and European Law at Porto Faculty of Law – Catholic University of Portugal (currently writing the Dissertation), Post-Graduation in Data Protection Law at the Private Law Research Center (Lisbon Faculty of Law).
Winner of the Francisco Carvalho Guerra Award (awarded to the student with the highest average grade in the Law Degree 21/22), S. Francisco de Assis Award (attributed to the student with the highest average of all the graduates of the Porto Regional Centre 21/22) and Miguel Poiares Maduro Award (given annually to the graduate who presents the best written work within the Global Constitutional Law seminar).
Recognized with a Merit Scholarship in every year of the Law Degree and the Masters.
Started, in 2022, the role of Junior Researcher at the Observatory on Competition Law Enforcement. Author of several articles published on Law journals. Research developer in the areas of Data Protection Law, Digital Law, Constitutional Law, Competition Law and EU Law.
During her associative background, exercised the function of Mentor of Constitutional Law, Fundamental Rights, Civil Procedural Law and Labour Law at Projeto de Mentoria - Porto Faculty of Law - Catholic University of Portugal (2020-2022) and was a member of the Debating Society at UCP. Elected, in 2021, as a member of Bonfim’s Parish Assembly.
Carried out, in 2021, a Summer Internship at PMC - Jorge Pracana, Francisco José Martins, Marco António Costa e Associados.
