BIOGRAPHY
Raquel Ribeiro Correia (born 1975), Partner at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados R.L. Law degree from the Faculty of Law of University of Lisbon (1998). Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2000. Post-graduation in insurance law from the Faculty of Law of University of Lisbon (2017).
After the end of her internship, she was invited to join A. M. Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice & Associados, SP, RL (currently PLMJ, SP, RL), where she remained until July 2021.
With 20 years of experience as lawyer, she specialized in judicial litigation and has been in charge of several disputes of high technical complexity and considerable economic value, in the fields of real estate law, distribution law and consumer law.
In the judicial proceedings under her responsibility, clients develop their activity in diversified areas, notably distribution, energy, hotel business, real estate, industry, logistics, health and private security (electronics).
She has been participating in negotiations aimed at out-of-court settlements. Her success is mainly due to the experience accumulated in judicial disputes where the same substantive issues are debated.
