Diana Albuquerque Laezza joined Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, R.L. as a Junior Associate in November 2024.
She has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a master's degree from the same institution, with a dissertation on “The effects of the invalidity of the surrogacy contract on the assessment of parenthood”.
She began her career as a Trainee Lawyer in the Public Law department of the law firm Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão & Associados, in 2020. In 2022, with her registration as a Lawyer with the Portuguese Bar Association, she continued to work with that firm as an Associate Lawyer. In 2024, she joined the Public Law department of Dower Law Firm as an Associate Lawyer.
She has been a member of the Administrative Law Association since July 2023 and has attended several courses, including the 4th Specialization Course in Public Procurement, given by ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and the 2nd Public Contracts Congress, promoted by Almedina.
Throughout his professional career he has mainly advised public and private entities, particularly in the areas of Public Procurement, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation.
