Cristina Pires Pinto, Senior Associate at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados since January 2025, Law degree from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon (2003), member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2005, postgraduate in Planning, Urbanism and Environmental Law from the Faculty of Law of Coimbra and the Centre for Studies in Planning, Urbanism and Environmental Law, and postgraduate in Administrative Procedure Law from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon.
Since 2003, and for over 10 years, worked as a Senior Lawyer with Vieira Fonseca & Associados in the practices of Administrative Law, Expropriation Law, Urbanism Law and Spatial Planning Law.
She then worked as a Senior Lawyer at André Miranda & Associados, where she also extended her work to the areas of Public Procurement and Gaming.
Between 2014 and 2021, she held the position of Legal Manager at Pefaco Portugal, S. A..
In 2021, she was invited to take on the role of Technical Specialist/Legal Specialist at the Office of the Minister of Agriculture and Food, a position she held until 2024. Further to several legislative procedures, her direct involvement in the process of transferring, sharing and coordinating the attributions of the peripheral services of the direct and indirect administration of the State in the CCDR, her participation in the Working Group for Rural Property and in the Working Group for Administrative Simplification of sectoral licensing within the scope of the Reform of Economic Affairs and Investment stands out.
She is a Senior Associate at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados.
She is a member of the Cabinet of the Minister of Agriculture and Food, as a Technical Specialist/Jurist.
