BIOGRAPHY
André Levi is a Senior Associate at Antas da Cunha Ecija and works in the areas of Urban Planning, Spatial Planning and Real Estate Law.
He provides legal and strategic advice on the granting, implementation, management and marketing of real estate projects, in all their phases, intervening in urban management procedures (licensing, prior communications, authorizations and PIPs) and in territorial planning procedures (drafting, reviewing and amending territorial planning plans and programs and delimiting execution units). He also has extensive experience in public, regulatory, energy and environmental law matters and procedures.
André has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. He studied for a Master's degree in Business Law at the Lisbon School of the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, where he also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation. At the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, he took a postgraduate course in Accounting for Lawyers. He also attended postgraduate courses in Public Procurement and Planning, Urbanism and Environmental Law, both at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Before joining Antas da Cunha Ecija, André Levi was a lawyer at PLMJ (2016-2022) and TELLES (2022-2025).
