BIOGRAPHY
Afonso Correia de Almeida is a Senior Associate specializing in Real Estate, Tourism, and Urban Planning Law, and has been working with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2019.
With a legal practice focused on advising national and international clients, investors, real estate developers, and tour operators, he provides services in the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of real estate projects, as well as in the structuring and incorporation of tourism ventures. His experience covers the entire project life cycle, from the planning stage to development and promotion.
He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, having studied for a semester at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid under the Erasmus+ International Program.
In 2021, he attended a postgraduate course in Sports Law at the Autonomous University of Lisbon and has been registered with the Bar Association since 2022.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, he takes a practical and results-oriented approach, offering customized legal solutions tailored to each client's needs and the challenges of the real estate and tourism sector.
