BIOGRAPHY
Margarida Sousa de Magalhães (born in 1998), Trainee Lawyer at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., since February 2023. Graduated in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa’s Faculty of Law, Lisbon School (2021), studied at the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme. Completed the lecture phase of the Litigation Master's Degree at the School of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa’s Faculty of Law, Lisbon School (2022) and will obtain the Master's degree after the defense of her dissertation.
Margarida started her professional career path through a short-term internship at the law firm Abreu Advogados, in the area of Intellectual Property. In 2022 she collaborated with Sousa Machado, Ferreira da Costa & Associados (2022) in a long-term internship, working in various areas. She is now carrying out her professional internship for the Portuguese Bar Association.
