BIOGRAPHY
Rui Ferreira Antunes, Associate at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados. He has a degree in Law from the Law School of the University of Minho and a postgraduate degree in Banking, Stock Exchange and Insurance Law, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. He also attended the postgraduate course in legal-criminal sciences promoted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, in partnership with the Court of Appeal of Porto.
Between 2016 and 2019, he joined the Vieira Advogados team, and since then has been involved in a series of processes of high social relevance, related to the resolution and liquidation of credit institutions. In this context, it has provided advice to several companies and individuals, within the scope of negotiations initiated with public and private institutions with a view to recovering credits.
He has experience in the areas of Criminal and Administrative Law, having accompanied business and individual clients in various processes of this nature.
He is a member of the Penal Lawyers Association.
He joined Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, as a member, in January 2020, incorporating the structure of the Criminal, Administrative and Compliance Practice Area.
