BIOGRAPHY
Advises national and international clients, with a focus on Corporate and Commercial Law, namely in day-to-day corporate matters, corporate restructuring processes, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Holds a Law degree (2015), a Master’s degree in Private Law (2017), and a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law (2023), from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto School.
Catarina began her professional traineeship at Osório de Castro & Associados, and subsequently joined CCSL Advogados (2020-2024), where she was part of the Litigation Department and later the Corporate and Commercial Department. She also worked at CCA Law Firm (2024-2026), where she was part of the Corporate and Commercial Department.
She has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2026, where she practices in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law.
