Ana Carla Lázaro is Counsel in the Public Law, Planning, Environment and Energy
Ana Carla Lázaro focuses on Public Law, with a particular focus on Administrative Law, administrative litigation, land-use, and area planning. In this context, she provides legal advice to corporate clients and supports projects in these areas, while also assisting municipal bodies, namely through the preparation of legal opinions, the handling of administrative litigation proceedings, and support for administrative decision‑making.
She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of Lusíada University of Lisboa (2002) and completed a postgraduate qualification in Labour Law at the same institution in the 2007/2008 academic year.
Registered as a Lawyer with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2005, she began her professional career in sole practice, which she pursued independently until 2025.
Between 2019 and 2025, she served as a legal adviser in the Legal Support and Litigation Division of the Legal Department of Almada City Council.
In 2025, she joined AMMC Legal.
Since April 2026, she has been a member of Antas da Cunha Ecija.
