BIOGRAPHY
Pratices in the fields of technology law, negotiation of technology contracts, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice on highly complex technology transactions in both the public and private sectors, at national and international levels.
With over 10 years of professional experience, he has built a solid career in technology multinationals, banking, and law firms, advising senior executives by aligning legal strategies with business objectives and mitigating risks. For three years, he was part of the Legal Department at Capgemini Portugal, serving as the legal lead for Capgemini Engineering's activities and also acting as the Data Protection Officer (DPO). Previously, he worked as Legal Counsel at Vieira de Almeida & Associados and as an Associate in the Banking & Finance practice area. He also held roles at Accenture as a Contract Manager, In-House Counsel at Banco Primus, and as a Trainee Lawyer at F. Castelo Branco & Associados (now Eversheds Sutherland FCB).
Throughout his career, he has taken on various roles such as Data Protection Officer, ISO 27001 internal auditor, and company secretary.
Recognized by Legal 500, he was included in the GC Powerlist Portugal 2023. He has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2016.
