Ana Raquel Conceição (born 1978) is an Of Counsel at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados R.L.

Graduate of the Oporto Lusíada University Law School (2001), Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2003. Has a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Coimbra Law School (2003) and a PhD in Law from the Lusíada-Norte University (OPorto) (2018).

From an academic point of view, she was a university lecturer from 2002 to 2018, teaching Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Oporto Lusíada University. Since 2018, has been a guest assistant professor at the University of Minho Law School, where she teaches Economic and Financial Criminal Law, Tax Law, Economic and Organized Criminal Law, Criminal Guardianship of Children's Interests and Topics of Criminal Law.

After the internship, established herself as a Lawyer in solo practice, integrating an office with other Colleagues. In 2014 joined CMB - Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., as an associate, where she became a partner in 2015.

Preferential areas of practice are Criminal Law, Misdemeanour and Compliance, Private Clients.
Has published several scientific articles and monographs, nationally and internationally, on the referred scientific areas.

Is a researcher at JusGov - Research Centre for Justice and Governance, in the JusCrim- Criminal Justice and Criminology group, participating in various congresses, conferences and working groups.
Is a trainer at the Portuguese Bar Association, OPorto Regional Council, in the area of Criminal Procedure, since 2018 and is a Member of the advisory board of the Portuguese Association of Criminology, since 2012 until the present date.

Is a Counselor at the Disciplinary Board of the Portuguese Football Federation, since 2022.
