BIOGRAPHY
Vítor Borba Shnaiderman has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados since September 2022, focusing his practice on Litigation & Arbitration and Family, Succession and Family Business, with an emphasis on civil and banking litigation, as well as legal advice on succession law.
He has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, having spent a period of mobility at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo.
Since 2022, he has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where he is studying for a Master's Degree in Legal and Civil Sciences, and carrying out scientific research at the intersection of the History of Law and Civil Law.
