BIOGRAPHY
Henrique Moser (born 1969), partner and member of the Board of Directors of Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Law Firm R.L, since July 2017. Graduated from the Law Faculty of Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa (1995). He did a post-graduate course in Tax Law (IRC and VAT) at IDEF in 2011. Registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 1997. He did an internship at Sociedade de Advogados Abreu & Marques, where he started his law practice and was a partner between 2001 and 2010.
He was a founding partner of the company Moser & Lobo d’Avila between 2010 and 2013. Between 2014 and 2017, he joined the Telles de Abreu and associates team, as a partner.
It has several international recommendations in the area of Commercial and Real Estate Law.
The preferred practice areas are Commercial and Real Estate Law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project structuring. He has distinguished himself by assisting in the setting up, structuring, development and transactions of real estate projects of enormous importance in the national territory. In recent years, it has also followed numerous transactions in the renewable energy sector, namely photovoltaic projects.
