Rita Carvalho de Sousa, born on January 12, 1997 in Vila do Conde, Porto.

Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.

She is currently completing her Master's in Children, Family and Succession Law at the University of Minho Law School.

In addition to a Post-Graduation in Theory and Practice of Administrative and Tax Litigation, given by the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

She begins her career in law in 2021, joining the law firm “Ernesto Ramalho e Serafim Ramalho, Advogados”, where she carries out an extracurricular internship.

In the same year, she joins the team of “Lencastre Advogados” and begins the Internship Course of the Portuguese Bar Association.

The preferred areas of practice are Labor Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Succession Law and Corporate Law.

Integration in Antas da Cunha ECIJA as Trainee Lawyer.
