Nuno da Silva Vieira is a lawyer dedicated to guiding and advising clients in a multidisciplinary way.

He is an Adjunct Professor at Nova School of Business & Economics, where he is the Executive Coordinator of the Blockchain & Smart Contracts Program.

He has worked on several Blockchain solutions, Web3, assets and rights tokenization, ICOs, IDOs, INOs, Metaverse, Smart Contracts and Smart Contracts Workflows.

He has published several books, with emphasis on commercial law, companies restructuring, management and entrepreneurship. He is a great promoter of class actions in Portugal, having represented thousands of people in recent years.

In 2018, he was considered one of the 40 most promising Portuguese leaders under the age of 40, an initiative of Expresso and the Forum of Business Administrators and Managers.

His experience in advising companies was consolidated with the attendance of multiple academic programs in national and international universities and business schools, such as the MBA (2016-2018) at AESE Business School, the innovation and entrepreneurship program of the IESE Business School , in New York and the specialization on Compliance at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

With regards to technology, he studied innovation and strategy at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education and completed the Blockchain Program at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

As an entrepreneur, he has a strong connection to the city of Zug, Switzerland – considered the birthplace of DLTs – where he founded a technology company.
