BIOGRAPHY
André David (born 1985), Senior Associate at Antas da Cunha ECIJA & Associados, R.L. (2021).
Law degree from the Law School of Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2007), he also completed a Master's in Business Law (2009), Advanced Programme in Corporate Taxation (EGE- Escola de Gestão Empresarial/Atlantic Business School - 2010) and a Post-Graduation in Employment and Social Security Law (2018), all from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Following his degree, he joined Garrigues as a Junior Lawyer (2008) where he subsequently went on to become Associate (2011) and Senior Associate (2018) in the same Firm, integrated in the Labour and Social Security Department.
In 2018, he joined Mercadona Portugal as Labour Relations Manager (2018-2020) and BLMP as Of-Counsel (2020-2021).
Registered with the Bar Association since 2007, his preferred practice areas are Labour and Social Security Law.
