Ana has participated in several Conferences / Workshops organised by the Master Programme in Law and Information Technology of Universidade do Minho, among others she has participated in International Days on Intelligent Cities, Web Crimes with the participation of Andrew Sampson – File Sharing According to the Law (The Strike Case), Dark web: The Crime under the veil of anonymity, Software Agents, Cybercrime: the National Context in Global Scenario, Copyright Law and its context, and International Workshop on Electronic Identification and Data Protection – the European Regulations.
She started her career at PRIMAVERA BUSINESS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (Braga) as Legal / IT Consultant (2015-2017), during this time she developed her Master’s Dissertation with the theme “Legal Analysis of the Sensitive Information Management In Cloud Services”.
Her main practice focuses on Data Privacy and Protection, Intellectual Property, Electronic Commerce, Cloud Computing, and Online Conflict Resolution.
